WHAT IS BRIDGE FOR TALENTS?

Berlin Sports – Bridge for Talents (BfT) is a distinguished football agency based in Lisbon and Berlin.

Our philosophy is to bring the best selected talents, primarily from West Africa, to ‘bridge clubs’ in Europe, take close care of their development and prepare transfers to top European leagues.

Founder & Owner

Dr. Georg Froese is the owner of BfT. He was a professional footballer with clubs including 1. FC Union Berlin, did his diploma in psychology and a PhD in sport sciences, and won 1st prize in the German Football Association Science Award.

GUILHERME VON CÜPPER
CEO

Having established a career in the areas of corporate law and M&A, Guilherme’s passion for football and sport in general has redirected him to the world of sports law and agency. He has become a specialist in all aspects of the world of international football transfers and player representation.

FELIX SEAMAN-HÖSCHELE
COO

Felix’s professional experience has seen him rub shoulders with some of the biggest names in sports. A lawyer by trade as well as a media expert, his CV includes stints with the German Football League and the London Olympic Organising Committee.

With close personal links to many leading clubs and academies in West Africa, Rory is an expert in football in the region, especially in the field of international transfers. He connects Bridge for Talents to many high-profile football stakeholders.
