BFT ACADEMY powered by WERDER BREMEN
The BfT Academy is a program organized by Berlin Sports and SV Werder Bremen giving young soccer players (between 16-20 years old) the chance to make their dream to live and train in a professional environment in a historic club in Europe come true. Our goal consists of finding and selecting talents from North America and forming them into a team that will be developed for one season in Germany.

Our Process Simplified
TRAINING & MATCHES
Professional training and friendly matches will take place close to the accomondation and at the Werder Bremen facilities.
SPORTING & COACHING
Experienced coaches with UEFA A or Pro Level making sure that individual goals are reached and soccer skills will be improved.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Gain intercultural experience abroad: Learn a language, make new friends, grow as a personality!
SUPPORT STAFF
Staff supporting the players full-time including a permanent team manager and a program manager.
NUTRITION
Individualized Nutrition Plans to optimize performance, energy levels, and recovery.
NETWORKING
Chance to be scouted as a soccer player by scouts at Werder Bremen and other teams in Germany.
